Cosmix is a personalized life insights application developed by Lyra Ventures LLC that helps you explore your potential through daily personal inquiries across 13 life domains.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Fill out the form below with the phone number you used to create your Cosmix account
- Optionally provide any additional information or reason for deletion
- Submit the form to send your deletion request to our team
- We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email
Data Deletion Policy
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your personal profile information (name, date of birth, location)
- All your daily insights and responses
- Your saved results and visualizations
- Your friend connections and compatibility data
- Chat history with the AI assistant
- Payment and subscription information
Retention Period: Some anonymized usage data may be retained for up to 90 days for analytics and legal compliance purposes. This data cannot be linked back to your identity. Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law.
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to use Cosmix again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
